Gemini Ganesan was an Indian actor who worked predominantly in Tamil cinema. Known as one of the leading actors of Tamil films in the mid-20th century, he was celebrated for his romantic roles. He was one of the trio of leading Tamil actors alongside M. G. Ramachandran and Sivaji Ganesan.
